There are no up-front fees.

We are paid at closing.

Loan Fees — vary according to type:

Commercial Real Estate Projects
$500,000 to $5 million — 3% to 5%
$5.1 million and up — .5% to 2%

Joint Ventures — case by case

Bridge Loans — case by case

Secured and Unsecured Letters of Credit — 1% to 10%

Optional Services & Expenses — fees vary

Loan Packaging — $2500 - $5000 fee for package preparation that also includes copying, binding, and shipping

Business Acquisition Package — $3500 to $7500

Negotiation, Mediation, and Consulting Services —
$175 per hour; minimum two hours

Plans:
Business:	$15,000 to $45,000
Market Strategy:	$7500 to $15,000
Marketing:	$7500 to $15,000

Travel Expenses: $1500 to $2500 within the United States. International travel expenses are determined on a case by case basis. Global Ventures, Inc. will make all travel arrangements.
